The Way of Co-ordination of Mind and Body
Ki Training is training in the Ki principles developed by Koichi Tohei, founder of the Ki Society.
Students learn the way of co-ordination of mind and body, in order to develop calmness and a positive attitude. Aspects of Ki Training include:-
A series of movements for relaxation and health called the Oneness Rhythm Exercise
Ki meditation
Ki breathing
If we wish to be at one with the universe we must first be one with ourselves - Ki Training is the first step on the road to a return to the natural state of mind/body co-ordination.
Students also have the opportunity to study Kiatsu© (personal health).
